CVS Deal Update: Schick Intuition Razors Print on Facebook Limit to One

I reported a CVS deal alert yesterday about a coupon for Schick Intuition Razors on Facebook and suggested you may be able to print it twice.  I saw on We Use Coupons a discussion about the coupon and they called Schick and were told it is one per customer.  Your name is on the coupon and they were told all other prints are copies and will not be paid out by the company.  Most all coupons can be printed twice and I suggested that, not realizing this was any different.  A Simply CVS reader commented it let her print it multiple times which reminded me of  a discussion about a current coupon on WUC and when I went to see if it was this coupon, I found it was.  So I wanted to give an update and apologize for any confusion and problems I may have caused.  I have edited the original post.  As I stated in my CVS deals disclaimer, human error is going to occur, but I try my best to be accurate and timely in all I bring to the readers of Simply CVS.

Alexandra, a Simply CVS reader and follower on Facebook, shared there about a great deal this week.  Schick manual razors are B1G1 free and Schick Intuition has a $4 coupon on their Facebook Page.  If they allow two prints of the coupons, usually they do (hit back, refresh, retry--just be sure they are unique coupons by the code numbers) you can use both on two razors as per the CVS coupon policy.**  Thanks, Alexandra.

CVS Clearance: CVS Brand Diapers

Caroline, A Simply CVS reader and author of the blog Frugal Frisco Moms, emailed with this great clearance find:
"This past week I have purchased 4 packs of size 1 (2 packs) and size 2 (2 packs) of CVS diapers for only $9 TOTAL. They were NOT on the shelf, just leaning against the shelf on the floor. They are marked with a green clearance sticker that is marked $4.50 but when they ring up they are ringing up at $2.25 PER PACK! I have not had a chance to go to other CVS stores a little further away to see if they also have some on clearance... I don't know if this is a local thing or not."

CVS Clearance on Oral-B Toothbrush

Sophia, at We Use Coupons, shared the following CVS find with readers there:
"I just came back from my store that activates early. Wanted to stock up on toothbrushes (thanks Sati for the Q!) since DD is in braces and we go through them like crazy. Anyways, my total was off and my ECB didn't print and I couldn't figure out why (hence my OOP). My favorite girl force printed the ECB and I double checked my receipt in the parking lot.
     The Oral-B 16A Indicator Medium is ringing up 74 cents!
     Now, you can use the .75/1 Q in this weekends P&G to get free toothbrushes or sweeten the deal and get 14 Free and $5 in ECB's!"

Didie at We Use Coupons has given the following warning about shopping today for the 8/29 CVS ad:


"My store activates their sales Friday night.
     I got the Tylenol Precise and got it for the new sales price of $5.99 but no ECB (which she force printed)
     Also there's a new Listerine deal where you get only $1 for the week of 8/29 so that over rode this week's deal of getting $2 ECB. So she had to force print another $1 for that too.
     So just a head's up if you plan on doing these deals!
     Also watch the Oral B toothbrushes you get...I got the ones on sale for $4.99 on my second transaction and no ecb's printed."


So if you have plans of shopping today for these deals watch closely and have a copy of your ad handy if your extra bucks don't print correctly.

CVS P&G Deal Will go Nicely with Proctor & Gamble Rebate

The CVS Deal coming up the week of 8/29, buy $30 of Proctor and Gamble products listed and get a free flu shot would pair nicely with the rebate currently on their website.  You can receive a $110 coupon booklet back when you purchase $50 in P&G Products purchased between 8/20 and 12/31.  Multiple receipts are allowed and it is before tax or coupon price--the price that shows up on the receipt.  There are places at the link above to check for a list of all P&G products that qualify and to a list of the coupons included in the $110 booklet.  And remember, there is a P&G insert coming out this weekend.

CVS has a monthly deal for August on Tylenol Precise:  $7.99 get $3.00 extra bucks, limit 1.  When I was looking over the printable coupons at Coupons.com earlier I saw one for $2.00 off Tylenol Precise and it says "CVS."  So I am assuming it is a  CVS coupon which means you can combine it with the $2.00 manufacturer coupon available at Tylenol.com which will make it $.99 after coupons and extra bucks.

Edited to add:  My store did not have the Zero in yet--neither was there a place.  So if you print your coupons and they don't have it and you don't want to get the other kind, ask for a rain check and hold onto your printables.  Usually when there is a deal and the stock is not in yet it comes in quickly afterwards.
