My CVS Shopping Trip for the Weekly Ad of 4/10 ~ Saved $29.50 Spent $.30 + Tax

Well, when I began Simply CVS I was bringing home about $125 a week on average for just pennies on the dollar or less, now I am down to about $50 average per week.  I have quite a large stockpile of basic health and beauty supplies so unless they are free I don't take advantage of many of the extra buck deals.  Some weeks I hardly have any interest in going at all lately, but I can always find some great deal.

$5 & $10 Scenarios for 4/10 CVS Weekly Deals

Below are deal scenarios for the CVS ad for the week of  4/10 for shoppers just starting their CVS shopping adventure or who do not have any or many extra bucks on hand and do not want to spend much cash.  There are scenarios for under $5 out of pocket cash and $10 out of pocket cash.  Beginning CVSing and building up extra bucks so one can keep them rolling week after week takes time.

CVS Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Only Deals Will Not Work on Saturday Nights

Just wanted to give everyone a reminder that the Sunday/Monday/Tuesday only deals will not work on Saturday evenings if your store starts the ads early.  Many stores did start them by 6:00 PM but there have been reports of Corporate changing that to 10:00 PM meaning unless you have a 24 hour store it would not help.  But there are also reports of some stores still doing it.  But, if your store does start early these deals will not work early:
