When I first started Simply CVS I was saving about $100 a week, then last year it dropped to about $75.  Now I am getting even less.  But the lean years aren't really a problem because I was able to get a nice stockpile going that I can now easily maintain with far less deals.  I can also be much more picky on what deals I will do because I don't need so many of the great deal items--I can wait for free deals.
